Dr. Aneesah Nadir is a retired Arizona State University social work professor and a trailblazing pioneer in the field of Muslim mental health. She is the founder of the Before the Nikah Institute where she provides the Before the Nikah® Marriage Preparation Course and premarital coaching. Dr Aneesah is also the author of the book, Before the Nikah: Proven Principles to Help Single Muslims Choose Wisely and the soon to be released book, Two Callings: Memoir of an American Muslim Social Worker.
