Diplomacy In Action

USCMO actively engages in diplomatic efforts to advocate for critical and time-sensitive issues impacting the Muslim community in the United States and globally. Recognizing the significance of addressing urgent crises affecting Muslims worldwide, USCMO emphasizes the importance of assisting those in need, particularly individuals with direct familial ties in affected regions.

With long-lasting and ever-growing relationships USCMO is able to effectively engage in diplomatic efforts that span continents. As US foreign policy can play a role in such matters and influence potential solutions, USCMO focuses on issues of human rights violations, religious discrimination, and broader concerns. This collective endeavor enables USCMO to establish a credible presence in crucial discussions and meetings at prominent international forums, including the United Nations, European Union, US State Department, members of Congress, and foreign diplomatic missions.

Through active participation, USCMO articulates the Muslim perspective, applies strategic peaceful pressure, and contributes constructively to discussions aimed at finding resolutions. Among the significant issues addressed to date are Syria, Yemen, Palestine, Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan, Rohingya, Uighur, and Kashmir.
