For the past 20 years, Shahidah Sharif has lived her passion and her purpose as an international servant leader. educator, scholar, entrepreneur, certified doula, and student midwife. Currently serving as the Communications Director for the Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam, Shahidah has served the Atlanta community for the past 15 years. Children, women, and families have guided her work. She also serves as the Board President for Sisters United In Human Service. She is the co-founder of Hajj Pro's and has guided hundreds of believers on Hajj and Umrah over the past 20 years.

Shahidah Sharif attended the University of Miami and the Mosque Cares study program at the Abu Nour University in Damascus, Syria for a 3-year intensive for Arabic language, Islamic Sciences, and D'awah, or ministry. A novice gardener and seasoned traveler who always welcomes a good cup of coffee and conversation. Shahidah lives in Atlanta with her husband and business partner and two brilliant children.
